Terms & Conditions
All trade and operations within this web shop comply with Swedish legislation.
When you make your purchase from us, you agree that we use your contact information to fulfill our obligations. This means that we can take payment and deliver your item as smoothly as possible. We always send out order confirmation and notification when the item has been shipped. Please note that many email addresses (such as gmail and hotmail) automatically sort out emails with links to spam, so you must also check there. We try to make your purchase as smooth as possible.
1. General conditions
You must be 18 years of age or older to order. All prices include VAT. Shipping is additional. All orders placed online are binding. We reserve the right to final sales and errors in price, stock status and text. Colors may also appear different on different computers.
2. Payment
SBM Fishing uses Klarna Checkout, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.

Payment alternatives:
Card payment
Cards such as Visa or Mastercard and with Swedish bank cards that are connected to one of these. Also American Express. Card purchases are made directly with Klarna and all information is encrypted according to applicable standards and regulations. No card information is handled or saved at F.O.G.
Direct payment from your bank (applies to Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank).
Invoice via Klarna.
There is no invoice fee if you choose a 14-day invoice. To shop against invoice, you must enter your personal identification number or organization number. A prerequisite for shopping against invoice is that you are over 18 years of age and registered in Sweden. A credit check is carried out after the personal information has been provided at the checkout, in some cases this means that a credit report is taken. A copy of the credit report is then sent to your home. All invoices are transferred to Klarna. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee will be charged.
Partial payment via Klarna.
There are several different payment options to choose from and you can choose to pay the entire debt at any time. The application for partial payment is made at the checkout when you enter your social security number and the partial payment plan that suits you. A credit check and identity check are then carried out and you will be notified immediately if the application has been approved. If the application is not approved, you can choose another payment option.
3. What products will be sent to me?
The products you have added to your order will be distributed to you. A product that is not in stock will not be able to be ordered. If the item is out of stock, please contact us to find out when the item is back in stock. Should there be an error in the stock status, we will contact you about alternatives.
4. Shipping
We ship your products with different postal agents, the one that is best for your delivery address. Please note that the flat rate shipping fee only applies within Sweden. Your order is usually packed within 24h (if products were in stock when the order was made). Please contact us if you have any questions about your order or shipping. The delivery time is then approximately 1-3 working days in Sweden and 1-5 working days outside of Sweden. Goods that are not collected and are returned to us are not considered a complaint. These shipments are charged with 150 SEK plus shipping to cover our extra costs.
5. Reclamation
In case of complaint, you contact us via email and explain what is wrong. We may also want to see photographs. Once you have received the green light, the item can then be sent to: Foundation Outdoor Group Europe AB, Muskötvägen 7, 302 62, Halmstad, Sweden (We do not accept returns of freezer baits due to shipping time on these products). In case of approved complaint, we will send new products if we have them in stock, or the amount will be refunded within 14 working days. Refund will be made via the payment method you used when you made the purchase. Goods that are not collected and are returned to us are not considered a complaint. These shipments are charged with 150 SEK plus shipping to cover our extra costs.
6. Transport damage
Visible damage to the goods must be reported directly to the distributor upon receipt. Then contact us and we will resolve this together.
7. Can I cancel my purchase?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the goods. Open purchase requires that the product has not been used and is returned in new condition. You must pay for the return shipping yourself (we do not issue cash on delivery). You may of course try on clothes but keep any tags on and be careful about the original packaging. If the item looks worn, we have the right to make a price reduction as the product will not be able to be sold as new again. When exchanging, contact us via email and we will send you a return slip if you want a refund or if you want to exchange for a different size. If you choose to exchange, we will offer the shipping for the new item (applies to 1 exchange).
As soon as the item has arrived to us in new condition, we will send a new one within 3 working days after decision, or we will refund your money within 14 working days. The right of cancellation does not apply to specially ordered items or sale items.

8. What happens if the product is out of stock?
If the product is out of stock, we will restock it as soon as possible. In that case, please contact us at info@sbmfishing.com to find out when the product will be available again.
9. Personal data
When ordering, you agree that we use your contact information to deliver your order. No information will be sold or used by anyone other than ourselves to provide you with a good service. Foundation Outdoor Group Europe AB complies with the new data protection regulation GDPR (the law that replaces the PUL and applies throughout the EU).
